Kenji was stuck on Level 99 of "Quest for the Golden Code" — the hardest video game ever made. Every speedrunner, every pro gamer, every kid on the internet had tried and failed. The final boss, a massive shadow dragon called The Glitch, couldn't be beaten with swords, spells, or cheat codes.
For weeks, Kenji tried everything. Stronger weapons. Better armor. Perfect timing. Nothing worked. The Glitch would just absorb every attack and grow stronger. Kenji was ready to give up when they noticed something nobody else had seen — a tiny NPC (non-player character) hiding in the corner of the screen, flickering like a broken pixel.
