The Little Fox Who Learned Speaking truth
Once upon a time, in a meadow kissed by morning dew, there lived a small red fox named Rusty. Rusty was the fastest fox in the meadow, but he had a habit of boasting about it to all the other animals. "Nobody can catch me!" he would shout, racing past the rabbits and the hedgehogs without a care in the world.
One windy afternoon, Rusty spotted Priya sitting by the old oak tree, reading a book about Speaking truth. "What's so interesting about that?" Rusty asked, tilting his head. Priya smiled and said, "It's a story about how being fast isn't nearly as important as understanding speaking truth. Do you want to hear it?"
Rusty sat down, his bushy tail curling around his paws, and listened. The story told of a cheetah who could outrun the wind but had no friends because she never slowed down for anyone. One day, the cheetah stopped running and learned to walk beside others. She discovered that speaking truth brought her more joy than any race ever could.
From that day forward, Rusty still ran through the meadow — but he always stopped to say hello, to help a struggling beetle cross a log, and to sit with Priya under the oak tree. Because he had learned that the greatest adventure is the one you share with others.
As the stars appeared one by one above the meadow, Rusty yawned, curled up beside Priya, and whispered, "Thank you for teaching me about speaking truth." And they both fell asleep under a blanket of fireflies.
